Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, discounted items, and used products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
